In this article, the author focuses on the importance of customer services in the commercial real estate businesses. According to the author, the real estate companies after the global recession have become more focused towards operating efficiencies, increasing properties that provide maximum workplace efficiency and productivity for tenants. It highlights that several companies have developed feedback mechanism to know about their customer service programs. |
