| Abstrakt: | The article presents a case study of a 27+2 week gestation baby who developed recurrent desaturations. It mentions that gaviscon, commonly used in treating gastro-oesophageal reflux in premature neonates, was added to to the milk of the baby girl. A chest x-ray was performed to examine a respiratory cause of her desaturations. |
