Abstrakt: The article offers information on Georgia's House Bill (HB) 179. The Bill allows billboard companies to clear or cut all state-owned roadside trees that grow in front of their signs, except for trees the government has designated historic or part of a beautification program. The Act became effective on July 1, 2011.
