Abstrakt:	The article offers information on Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa (BRICS) Medicines Alliance, and its new column in the "Journal of Evidence-Based Medicine." It states that the Alliance is a peer-to-peer network in which the objectives include increasing the knowledge on the access and use of medicines in BRICS countries, imrpoving the reputation and profile of individuals participating in the initiatives for medicines use and access, and contributing innovative solutions for medicines needs. It adds that the Alliance's research reports will be published in its new column in the "Journal of Evidence-Based Medicine."
