| Abstrakt: |
The article presents authors' opinion related to restrictive covenants (RCs) with reference to noncompete clauses in physician employment agreements in Minnesota. It mentions that the American Medical Association recently adopted a new set of regulations which discourages physicians from entering into RCs that would prevent patients from seeing their physicians upon termination of employment. It therefore suggests the state to prohibit the imposition of RCs on physicians. |
