The article focuses on the national strategy against human trafficking in Romania. It states that this strategy against human trafficking for 2006-2010 is issued by the Government of Romania that constructs specific institutional framework particularly on relevant action pathways such as prevention, fight and assistance. It tells that in approaching the 2006-2010 strategy, the institutions responsible for the prevention of human trafficking are the Ministry of Administration and Home Affairs, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education. Moreover, the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection works out and applies special measures of integration on the labor market of the persons with high risk of being trafficked. |
