Abstrakt: The article focuses on the use of microteach lessons in early childhood personnel preparation. It describes microteaching as an important tool for improving teacher practices in early childhood special education (ECSE). It details the components of microteaching which include practicing a skill with children and voice recording the lesson. The process of creating microteach lesson materials is discussed.
