| Abstrakt: | The article presents a case study of a 86-year-old man who was admitted in a hospital for congestive heart failure. He had aortic stenosis and earlier had undergone implantation of a single-chamber pacemaker. It also informs that electrocardiographyat revealed paced ventricular stimulation, left bundle branch blockage and atrial fibrillation. |
