The article presents 2 case studies providing information on diagnosis and treatment of hyponatremia. It presents case study of a 69-year-old female with a history of heart failure and presented to clinic with confusion and pain in right wrist as she fell the night before. It presents case study of a 51-year-old African American female presented to clinic with confusion with history of celiac disease and ulcerative colitis. It discusses on clinical tests, diagnosis and treatment of these patients. |
