The article discusses issues related to growing prevalence of evidence-based guidelines and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in clinical practice. Carolyn M. Clancy, director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), believes that clinical judgment will always be important as no guideline fits every patient.
