Abstrakt:	The article presents the declaration by Congressman Elija E. Cummings of Maryland in support of the settlement agreement in the Thompson v. U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) public housing desegregation case. It states that the case settlement led to the development of housing mobility program in the U.S. that has helped more than 1,800 low-income families. It also presents the statements by Ms. Michelle Green, Ms. Nicole smith and Ms. Carmen Thompson over the settlement.
