| Abstrakt: |
The article explores the overall incidence of valvular heart diseases in Croatia, as well as its comorbidity with other heart pathologies. Information on factors that influenced changes in the occurrence of acquired heart valve diseases is provided. The most common valvular pathology in the country is aortic stenosis (AS). Intrahospital complications association with transcatheter aortic valve implantation are liver failure, tamponade and sepsis. |
