The article discusses several court cases related to illegal activities in energy industry including Reeder v. Wood Country Energy LLC, Shell Oil Co. v. Ross and El Paso Marketing. Co. v. Wolf Hollow I which were discussed by the Texas Supreme courts in the year 2012. The Texas Supreme Court examined the El Paso Marketing v. Wolf Hollow I case in which plaintiff filed a negligence claim against the owner of the pipeline company regarding the interruptions in gas supply service. |
