Abstrakt: The article reports a study which was conducted to determine whether the concurrent use of diuretics and/or angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) increase the risk of acute kidney injury. The results revealed that triple therapy combination consisting of diuretics with ACE inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers and NSAIDs was associated with an increased risk of acute kidney injury.
