Abstrakt: The article discusses a literature review that explores how perceptions of risk may inform decision-making processes at end-of-life. The review identifies the growing international emphasis on tools with which to facilitate decision-making and states that the tools must provide diversity of service users and carers. The review emphasizes on recognizing perceived risks as a central factor in decision-making processes for patients with palliative care needs and their families.
