The article discusses Chef Brandon Felder and Chef Kristin Butterworth on the changes they made in the menu of Le Foret and The Grill Room respectively in New Orleans. It states in the article that Felder's work shows focus and refinement, uncommon to young chefs. Felder make twist in the tradition food of New Orleans while Butterworth will take to the next level the new style of Grill Room's refined southern. The two chef put their own version on the food they created for the New Orleans. |
