Abstrakt:	An essay is presented on the association between ethnicity geneticization and biomedicine emergence, specifically on Taiwan Bio-Bank (TBB). It outlines the intimate ties between great ethnic group conception and genetic discourse. It notes that TBB opens to new possibilities of ethnicity essentialization. It also discusses the Human Genome Project with regards to race, identity politics, ethnicity and genes.
