Abstrakt: The article presents three case studies of HIV-positive patients who developed splenic marginal zone lymphoma with villous lymphocytes. A 40-year-old female patient was reportedly found HIV-positive when she had Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia when she was 27. A 28-year-old male was asymptomatic for HIV and tested positive for Hepatitis C virus (HCV). A 42-year-old man with HIV was coinfected with HCV and received ribavirin and peg-interferon, however it did not cure the HCV.
