| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the issue related to decreasing minimum criteria for increasing admissions of students at law schools in the U.S. It informs that enrollments of Mexican-American and African-American students have declined significantly in law schools since 1993. It highlights the dependency of law schools on numerical indicators for admissions. It highlights the possibility of misinterpretation of law schools admission procedure under accreditation of American Bar Association (ABA). |
