Abstrakt:	The article discusses the impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) on financing adult vaccination in the U.S. The pre-ACA vaccine-relevant environment, which suffered eligibility gaps and widespread disincentives to potential providers of vaccinations, are assessed. The emphasis of ACA on prevention, in particular the extension of Medicare's ongoing vaccination coverage of 14 infectious diseases, is highlighted.
