Abstrakt: | The article presents information on the fraudulent activities of the government contractors and the problems faced in repairing such damages. The role of the U.S. Department of Justice in dealing with fraudulent inducement False Claims Act cases and the U.S. Fifth Circuit decisions in the trial of U.S. ex rel. Longhi v. Lithium Power Technologies are discussed. The flaws in the theory the government proposes and its impact on the development of law are also discussed. |
