The article presents a study that compares the performance of Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) antibodies through ChIP chip and ChIP-seq in the U.S. Researchers studied and used two EMD Millipore kits that contain the required protocols and reagents. Moreover, they found that both methods showed consistent results and they are deemed as powerful tools in exploring nuclear protein. |
