Mechanical activation of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber SKN-26.

Abstrakt: The article discusses a study on the effect of mechanical activation on rubber in its macromolecular structure polar groups. The study involves specimen of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber derived from emulsion polymerisation with 26% content of SKN-26 acrylonitrile units, cohesive energy density (CED) and glass transition temperature magnitude. A reduction in the content of cis-1,4 units, increase in concentration of trans-1,4 and 1,2-units, and changes in the microstructure were observed.
