The article presents a case study of a 75-year-old woman with end-stage renal disease and was receiving hemodialysis and had systemic hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, and interstitial lung disease. It mentions about her elevated pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) revealed by echocardiography. It discusses World Health Organization (WHO) functional classification of pulmonary hypertension, treatment of the old woman and outcome of the treatment.
