| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 73-year-old female patient who suffered from atypical chest pain. The patient had dyspnoea complains at exercise. Hypertrophied left ventricle (LV) having normal systolic function was determined through echocardiogram. It suggests the possible existence of significant discrepancies among patients suffering from left atrial pressure and elevated pressure. |
