It informs this sport as safest as compared to other sports including football, soccer and rugby. It mentions that the injury rate in other sports in the U.S. is about 15 percent to 25 percent as compared to archery. A table containing information about deaths per 1000 persons in Australia, Canada and the U.S. related to motor vehicle, poisoning and drowning is presented. |
