| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the identification and characterization of a cellulose-encoding gene from the Buffalo Rumen Metagenomic Library. The study employs DNA extraction, protein analysis, and pyrosequencing. Results reveal that the yielded 12 cellulase and three xylanase-positive clones shows strong activity against cellulose and xylan substrates. |
