Abstrakt: The article discusses court cases related to the disability discrimination law in various U.S. states. A Pennsylvania federal court held that factual issues existed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title I, while giving a judgment in Cohen v. CHLN, Inc. An Oregon federal court ruled that a former sheriff with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) was not disabled under either the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title I, in the case of Looney v. Washington County, Oregon.
