The article discusses the cooperative Build-a-Brewery competition for the Narragansett Brewing Company (NBC), together with the lessons derived from the project. The unorganized case study, added to the core Operations Management (OM) curricula competition in spring of 2012, would encourage students to vie for the most comprehensive brewery design project. Prior works of two authors with NBC were used to conceptualize the project. |
