| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a study examining the value and acceptance of the Induction and Refreshment (I&R) scheme amongst general practitioners (GPs) returners and assessing its impact on host training practices. The results indicated that GP Returner Scheme is accepted amongst all returning GPs, highlighting the importance of an accessible peer-respected returner scheme organizer. It highlights the scope for further research on subsequent workforce engagement and retention rates evaluation. |
