| Abstrakt: |
A country report for Denmark as of August 2012 is presented. An increased risk of an early election is expected during the 2012-16 forecast period. There is a need for Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt to address diverging views on key issues within her coalition. The Danish budget deficit is expected to reach 3.9% of gross domestic product (GDP) in 2012. Also expected is a deceleration of real GDP growth in 2012. |
