The article examines the provisions, implementation and legal challenges of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) in the U.S. Among the benefits of the law are the expansion of Medicaid coverage, better access to health insurance coverage and the establishment of health insurance exchanges. It claims that the 111th U.S. Congress approved the ACA. |
