The article offers information on the Paws for Progress programme at HM Young Offender Institute (HMYOI) Polmont. It says that the programe aims to address the behavior of young offenders and develop their skills in employment in preparation of their release from prison. Scottish Prison Service states that positive initial observations for the programme. Susan Tonner of Dogs Trust West Calder adds that the programme will help in finding potential owners for dogs taking part in the programme. |
