Abstrakt: | The article reports on research which was conducted to investigate the impact a six week specific sprinter proprioceptive training program had on core stability and gravity center control in sprinters. Researchers evaluated 33 sprinters. They found that the training program led to improvements in postural stability and gravity center control in sprinters but they were unable to determine whether the effect of the training would transfer to the general population. |
