The article discuses the benefits of professional, as well as personal networking for enhancing quality and excellence in providing nursing care at competitive costs. Networking helps in building long-lasting professional relationships, which bring together nurses with diverse backgrounds to discuss issues for supporting professionals to overcome hurdles. Networking requires certain steps and can be done at different levels for facilitating evidence based health care for patients. |
