The article focuses on the crime of aggression and its prosecutions under the International Criminal Court (ICC). It presents information on the aggression amendments held by the United Nations Security Council that grants the ICC, a free reign to prosecute crimes of aggression. It reveals the negotiation process between aggression crimes and law and power by the state security council under the influence of aggression amendments. |
