An essay is presented on aesthetics, transcendence and self-transcendence. The author stated that self-transcendence refers to surpassing one's current state mentally or physically whereas the divine transcendence refers to God found outside the world and within it. He mentioned Wessel Stoker who stated that correlation between metaphysics and ethics can be understood in many ways. |
