| Abstrakt: |
Chapter 4 of the book "Employment Stability in an Age of Flexibility" is presented. It looks into the employment stability and flexibility of the French labour market and its employment protection legislation (EPL) and labour market policy (LMP) interaction. The author concludes that the employment relationship structure in France remains unchanged inspite of increased segmentation and there is a need to improve LMP to reconcile employment flexibility and individual security. |
