The article presents the procedure for proper maintenance of a Charles Daly Field Grade .22LR/Armscor M14P rifle. It discusses the disassembly of the parts including the removal of the catch and the barrel ensuring that the gun is unloaded first, lifting out the cam stud spring from the handle and releasing the safety latch to slide out the trigger. Reassembly of the parts after cleaning and polishing to restore to its original form is also discussed. |
