| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on osteoblastoma of mandible with reference to the case of a seven year old girl. Osteoblastoma is a benign osteoblastic tumor which occurs in patients less than 30 years of age and males are mainly affected. The disease is localized in the spine or major bones of the lower extremity. The tumor constitutes of interanastomosing trabeculae of osteoid fixed within fibrovascular stroma. The diagnosis is done by osteosarcoma, osteoid osteoma and aneurysmal bone cyst. |
