Abstrakt:	The article offers information on various supreme court cases related to the media companies in the U.S. It is mentioned that the case Barclays Capital, Inc. v. Theflyonthewall. com was the most sought after case that showcased the philosophical and legal stress within the mass media industry. Also, in the case of National Basketball Association v. Motorola, Inc., the NBA claimed that Motorola is harming the NBA's game pager services.
