Abstrakt: The article discusses research on the gene transformation of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)-transgenic cherry tomato mutant N244 in relation to organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis. The researchers conducted the study using cytological analysis with transmission electron microscopy while examining N244's morphology and callus cells. The study also explored the simultaneous shoot organogenesis with regard to the development mechanism of a plant mutant in vitro.
