The article discusses crisis preparedness in changing climate in contemporary Sweden. It notes the responsibility of the local government to handle the effects on climate change. It points out that consumers are vulnerable to the decrease or increase in response to climate change and local hazards. This is considered as a means of managing the uncertainty of climate change. |
