Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 3-year-old girl who was presented with an unknown amount of aluminum hydroxide powder ingestion by accident. It notes that the patient complained of dyspnea, abdominal distension, and drooling as chest and abdominal X-rays showed signs of diffuse infiltration of lung and gaseous distensions of stomach. It adds that a complicated esophageal burn (EB) should be managed by an experienced surgeon in such field.
