The article presents a case study of a 17-year-old man with allergies to plantago and pollen and a history of intermittent fever and arthritis for two years. He had a pruginous erythemato-endematus plaque following an exposure to the cold. A urticarial vasculitis was diagnosed after the histological study of the lesions. |
