Abstrakt: This article presents a method to generate conjointly topological graphs representing interdependent telecommunication and power networks. The method proposes to use a single basis, possibly random, as the common input of independent graph generation algorithms, allowing to apply different rules for different networks while preserving dependencies and interconnections΄ realism.
