Abstrakt: One of the most important recent advances in body contouring has been the significant decrease in the blood loss associated with the current lipoplasty procedures [1]. The relatively small amount of blood currently present in ultrasound-assisted lipoplasty (UAL) aspirate has significantly increased the safety and efficacy of lipoplasty procedures. This is particularly important in the high volume aspirations or those involving the posterior trunk. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
