Presents information on a study which discussed measurements of the average magnetomechanical coupling factor determined by (i) large field drives and (ii) pressure changes. Extension of conventional small-signal coupling relations; Construction of an apparatus consisting of an electromagnet with a pole piece modified for certain pressure levels; Directly measured quantities from elastic data. |
