Abstrakt: Presents a study which employed a versatile pulsed laser deposition chamber for fabricating metal buffer layers and superconducting YBaCuO thin films on metallic substrates. Description of pulsed laser deposition technique; Top view of the vacuum chamber with multiple target holder for laser deposition of buffer layers and superconducting thin films; Advantage of the in situ laser deposited silver buffer layers to the superconducting behaviro of YBCO thin films on metal substrates.
