Abstrakt: Presents a study that investigated time-varying photoconductivity and persistent photoconductivity in porous silicon (PS), both with time-evolution scales of the order of several minutes or hours. Details on factors that affect the time evolutions; Information on photoconductivities for four PS samples and a pure c-Si sample as functions of the wavelength of the illuminating light; Observations on two different competing mechanisms.
